
SCALLOPED RADISHES

These are my favorite to use for a scalloped potato dupe. Now they do have a slice but can be better masked by added cheese and heavy cream.

What you need

pinch pepper

pinch salt

cup chicken broth

cup almond milk

garlic

cup onion

tbsp salted butter

cup daikon radish
Instructions
🥔 sauté the onions and garlic and butter add in the room mixture cook until thicken at in the chicken bone broth and nondairy milk repaired a 9 x 13 dish with butter and begin to layer some of the daikon radishes season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture in repeat until completely done. If you want to add cheese, layer between each layer. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes then uncover and bake for additional 15 to 20 minutes until radishes are tender.View original recipe
