This is my favorite alternative to a sweet potato! While I love sweet potatoes during thanksgiving they are not on my top of my list of food I want to indulge in. This recipe allows me to enjoy a sweet potato alternative!

What you need

tbsp natural sugar

cup pecan

tsp pumpkin pie spice

tbsp vanilla

tbsp unsalted butter

tsp ground cinnamon

cup summer squash

mini marshmallows

tbsp sugar free maple syrup
Instructions
🥘rinse squash place in microwave heat for 4 to 5 minutes allow to cook to touch and slice and peel, chop, and boil until tender. Add all ingredients except marshmallows and half of the pecans. All mixture to baking dish, top with marshmallows and remaining pecans and bake at 375° for 20 to 25 keep an eye on the marshmallows.View original recipe
