for the cookie, preheat the oven to 350° prepare a 10” round cake pan with spray release and parchment paper at the bottom. Add all the dry ingredients in the bowl Mix well then add the remaining ingredients except the chips, fold in the chips.
Spread in pan bake for 17 to 25 minutes check for golden brown edges. Firm to touch.
For the icing. Cream the butter for about five minutes in a standing mixer or using a hand mixer. Then add remaining ingredients. Add food coloring until color desired is achieved.
