This memorial day holiday weekend I spent it camping, but I made this dessert so when I arrive at home, I had something light and easy to enjoy. For being cottage cheese I couldn’t tell the difference. They both came pretty close to the exact texture

What you need
tsp lemon

tbsp beverage syrup

cup half & half
tbsp cornstarch

egg

cup low fat cottage cheese

cup unsalted butter

tsp vanilla extract

pinch salt

cup powdered sugar

cup almond flour
Instructions
🧀 blend the cottage cheese until nice and creamy, and then fold in the remaining Ingredients until nice and combined. You can mix it with a stand or a handheld mixer, but do not over mix. 🧀 pore filling in baked crust and bake in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes center should still kinda be jiggly. Allowed to come to room, temperature place in the fridge for one or two hours until ready to slice and serve.View original recipe
