🎅 I like to soak my pecans in water for at least 5 to 10 minutes and then I like to air dry them for at least 30 minutes. Melt the butter with the maple syrup and toss the pecans. Whisk the egg whites with the vanilla flavoring until it has become a thicker froth with slightly peaks. Fold in the egg whites. Mix the brown sweetener with the regular sweetener and cinnamon powder and toss with the pecans.
