I wanted to make the biscuits that align with my goals for summer. These will never compare to traditional biscuits, but they take care of the need the desire of those Popeyes biscuits!

What you need
brown egg
natural sugar

strawberry
heavy cream

vanilla extract
Instructions
🍓 preheat the oven to 400° 🍓 whisk are the egg whites until they’re thick and frothy. In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour sweetener, baking powder and salt. Fork. The cold butter into the dry ingredients are used a cheese grater. Mix in the strawberries into the almond flour mixture. Then fold in the egg whites into the dry ingredients. Be very gentle. 🍓 spray a cupcake pan with spray release. Using ice cream scoop, scoop out the battery into each cupcake section. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. 🍓 in a small bowl add in all the ingredients and mix well. If it’s too runny, add more powdered sweetener and if you want a more buttery glaze and in 1 tablespoon of melted butter, and only adding 2 tablespoons of heavy cream.View original recipe
