What you need

sesame seed

oz extra-virgin olive oil

tsp coarse sea salt

brown egg

tbsp sugar free maple syrup

dark chocolate chips

tsp garlic powder

tsp dry yeast

tsp salt
Instructions
Add water to the bowl and sprinkle the yeast if you have instant yeast then you can just add all ingredients. I use regular yeast and mix it and dissolved in water before adding all ingredients. Knead dough until it forms and wrap. Start rolling out Long worms and shape them into pretzels. You want to work quickly and don’t allow to much air to be exposed. They will be less crunchy. Brush egg wash mixture and sprinkle salt and sesame seeds Bake at 350 for 25 minutes to 30 rotating the pan every 10 minutes. Allow to cool fully before enjoying! . They taste just like salty pretzels they just don’t have that waxy outside shell! You can shape them in any way and they hold shape when baking! Tag below your pretzel lovers! .View original recipe
