What you need

tbsp olive oil

cup natural sugar

tsp garlic

cup soy sauce
tbsp cornstarch

lb top blade steak
Instructions
🥩add all ingredients except cornstarch to the crock pot. Thinly slice your meat and toss in the cornstarch. If you want to use xanthan gum then one the meat is almost done add it in the last 30 minutes to an hour to thicken up the sauce. Add meat to crock pot and cook for 2.5 to 3 hours on high Flap meat is one of my favorites to incorporate during the week. I ate all of this and it’s was 169 grams of protein.View original recipe
