What you need

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

oz yellow onion

tsp garlic

frozen spinach

jalapeno
cup plain greek yogurt

cup mayonnaise

salt

black peppercorn

tbsp paprika

tsp cumin powder

tsp chili powder
cayenne
Instructions
First, make sure to thaw your spinach and squeeze all the water out. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add in onions, sauté for a minute or two then add in minced garlic. Cook until golden brown. Add in spinach and jalapeños. Cook for additional two minutes then add in the chopped roltini snacks. Mix and cook over medium low heat until cheese has melted. I add in Greek yogurt, mayonnaise and all the seasonings and adjust to taste. Once the dip is nice and combined, add to serving dish and dip with your favorite cracker or veggie!View original recipe
