What you need

oz yellow onion
tsp cornstarch

oz white mushrooms

tsp ground ginger

cup broccoli

tsp crushed red pepper

bone-in chicken thighs

cup soy sauce
Instructions
1. I cook the chicken with the onion with some salt and pepper until almost halfway done. Add in the mushrooms and sauté them with the chicken for 2 to 3 minutes. Depending on how you like your broccoli is when you will add in. I like a little texture so I like to add it close to the end of everything being done. 2. In a small bowl, mix all your marinade ingredients at red pepper flakes to your spice level. For the marinade over the chicken and cook until sauce has thickened and reduced on medium low heat.
