What you need

ground black pepper

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

cilantro

tbsp salted butter

salt

oz cream cheese

oz mozzarella cheese

lb veggie sausage

grape tomato

oz italian cheese blend
Instructions
🧅 sauté with 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper half a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. have a small bottle of water to the side to add to the pan as your caramelizing the onions to make sure they don’t burn. Cook on medium low heat for about 35 to 45 minutes. 🧀 cook chorizo first in the cast-iron or a pan you can put in the oven. Or if you’re doing in a crockpot, no need for that. Once is close to being cooked added in tomatoes and Sinatro sauté for a minute add in cream cheese, and shredded cheese then add your caramelized onions. Mix well top with mozzarella cheese placed in the oven at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. You could also place it in the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes to get the top melted. I would add everything into the crockpot just to keep it nice and warm Before I mozzarella cheese, place, everything into your crockpot top with the mozzarella cheese, put low until the cheese is nice and melted and then just keep warm.View original recipe
