What you need
tri-tip steak

bread crumbs

black peppercorn

tbsp smoked paprika

tbsp oyster sauce

tsp crushed red pepper

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp honey

tbsp natural sugar

tbsp sesame oil

garlic

tsp ground ginger

cup braggs liquid aminos
Instructions
🍡soak the wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes in water found @walmart 🥩take the glaze left over and add to a pan and cook on medium high until it begins to boils recuse heat and add 1 teaspoon of cornstarch that has been mixed with 1 tablespoon of water and whisk on low heat until it thickens I left it on low heat the entire time to make sure it was nice and cooked down. I removed it off heat to glaze and then back to heat. 🍢air fry at 400° eight minutes one side glaze eight minutes the other side, make sure beef and chicken is fully cooked.View original recipe
