tsp worcestershire sauce

hot sauce

tbsp honey
tbsp ranch dressing

tbsp hot sauce

oz frozen spinach
oz red cabbage

tbsp thick-cut bacon

oz portabella mushrooms
Instructions
1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and paprika set aside and a plate. Mix the protein powder with salt and pepper a little chili powder, onion powder, and paprika. It’s a round teaspoon to two of each except for the salt and pepper in a separate bowl, mix your egg wash it’s just one egg with the water, you’re gonna wanna have your sheet ready for air frying oil in baking. 2.
