What you need

cayenne

old bay seasoning

tbsp mayonnaise

tsp ground mustard

brown egg

tsp ground black pepper

red onion

tsp oregano

carrot

tsp paprika

cup wheat flour

tbsp half & half
lemon

tbsp sour cream

tbsp light mayonnaise

tsp chili powder

tbsp baking powder

tbsp cilantro

frozen spinach

cup almond flour

tsp garlic powder
red cabbage

tsp salt
Instructions
Whisk all dry. Add in large egg. Then start adding sparkling water until a thick pancake batter texture. Make sure shrimp and fish (cod) is pat dried. I did seasoned the fish and shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. I hated the oil dip, the shrimp and fish in the batter, and then Friday until both sides were golden brown.
