I was craving something warm this morning and this hit the spot!! And since I heard it will be warm I will be serving this later with ice cream for evening dessert!

What you need

unsalted butter

cup unsweetened coconut flakes

chayote

cup natural sugar

tsp ground cinnamon

cup nonfat greek yogurt
tbsp vanilla extract
egg
Instructions
Crust: šfor more tender apple like texture boil them for 10 to 15 minutes with apple tea bags until close to fork tender, then drain oat dry and toss in cinnamon sweetener. If you want crunch texture skip that step and just toss in half of the cinnamon sweetener Topping: Add chayote to warm crust and sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sweetener on top. Bake in the oven at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Should be about a golden-ish color on top and around the edges. Serve it up warm or cold! It is that good!!View original recipe
