HOT DOG BUN ECLAIRS/BOSTON CREAM DONUT

Make the vanilla custard add milk according to the consistency you like that start with the premade protein shake.
Open the hotdog bun in the air and wanna roll it out and flatten it. Then you’re gonna mix your egg wash, and brush the edges very well. Pinch the side, seal. Air fry at 400° for 2 to 4 minutes really depends on the air fryer I have @ninjakitchen she suggested eight minutes, but mine started to burn around the 3 to 4 minute mark keep an eye.
Using a Ziploc bag or piping bag at the Custard. You’re going to make a hole in a hotdog bun and squeeze the Custard inside the hotdog bun.
For the water ganache, you’re going to heat your water and poured over the chocolate stirring consistently until you hit the right consistency.

Overall I gave this desert a 7.2. It is good and it’s a great alternative for keeping it low carb high protein but I didn’t get no donut vibes for sure so maybe adding a little sweetener to the egg wash to really give it some sweetness to the bread and maybe do a butter wash.
