I hadn’t had a s’mores in a while and let me tell you this was better!! I felt like it was a fluffy cloud of marshmallow chocolate goodness. I’m excited to stuff these cookies with a lot more stuff doesn’t even have to be s’mores flavors.

Graham cracker 1 yellow cake mix sugar-free @pillsburybaking 1 egg ½ cup butter, melted 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder 1 tablespoon honey ¼ cup brown sweetener 🍪 mix cookie dough ingredients until dough forms, place in a plastic bag or wrap it in saran wrap and place in the fridge for an hour. Roll out cookies after an hour and cut into rectangular square shapes. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. Fillings: (all from @choczero use code LIFTINGISCAKE) Marshmallows Caramel squares Peanut butter chips Peanut butter cups 🏕️ preheat your oven to 350° and prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper. 🏕️ place your baked graham cracker cookie on the prepared cookie sheet. Add the fillings of your choice and cover with 2 to 3 tablespoons of your raw cookie dough, make sure it’s nice and covered and stuffed. 🏕️ bake for 12 to 14 minutes keep an eye do you want to kill you be a nice golden light brown.
