Lately all my goodies have been bringing the Latina out in me with flavor profiles! This came out so good!! I also made these for my girl Bee! I remember when I first made her a cake it was strawberry but this one is the more modern version lol

š preheat the oven to 350° and prepare a cupcake pan with cupcake liners š in a bowl add in all the ingredients for the cake mix and mix well. Using a ice cream scoop, scoop out the batter into each cupcake liner. Bake in the oven for 16 to 18 minutes. š using a handheld mixer or stand mixer add in the whipping cream and mix, until it becomes a thick whipped cream. š add all ingredients to a small sauce pan for the strawberry preserve cook over medium low heat until it is thick and it starts to simmer. Remove from heat in allow to cool. š for the glaze, add all ingredients into a small bowl and mix well. If the glaze is too thin, add more powder sweetener if it is too thick, add more heavy cream. š once cupcakes have cool, top it with the whip cream at the strawberry, preserve, and drizzle some glaze and enjoy!
