This is a classic recipe and a must save to make! While this is a rich drink making it at home saves you the carbs. More store bought egg nog runs around 48 Net Carbs compared to mine which is 3 Net Carbs and in calories I save you 80 to 100 calories

🥚Heat the heavy cream, milk, nutmeg, vanilla, and cinnamon, Until a light boil. While the cream mixture is heating mix the sweetener in the egg yolks until well combined. Slowly whiskey and continuously pour the heated cream into the sweetener egg yolks until it’s all combined. Pour back into small pot on medium low heat cook until it begins to thicken remove from heat and pour in heat proof dish allow to cool place in the fridge will thicken as it cools. Enjoy after a couple of hours.
