🐓 season your chicken thighs and place in crockpot with enchilada sauce on high heat for 2 1/2 hours to three hours. Shred the chicken added shredded cheese and the fried tortillas. Mix well top with more cheese, the slices and jalapeños cover and cook for additional 30 to 40 minutes to speed up this part of the process I covered with foil and I did it for 20 minutes
