Cut the four flatbread sheets using a bowl to get a nice round circle. Save the access to fry as chips. On one side of the flat bread that has been cut into a circle spread the peanut butter and then the jelly and add a second flatbread sheet on top. Using a smaller round bowl or measuring cup to mark the center cut and make slits all around. Brush with egg white wash mixture and twist and connect two slits to create the arms of the snowflakes. Make sure to brush the entire snowflake with the egg wash and place it in the oven at 400° for 5 to 7 minutes. Cool dust with powder sweetener.
