🥯 warm the water in the microwave for 30 seconds. Add the vanilla flavoring and yeast, yeast to warm water and let sit for 10 minutes after 10 minutes mix into your flour mixture that has the sweetener and salt. Mix and knead until dough forms and smooth. Placed in a bowl with a damp towel and let sit for two hours. 🥯 once the has risen punch it divide into two or four mini bagels. Rolling to balls let rise for another 15 minutes covered. 🥯 heat a pot of water to a soft boil. After the 15 minutes shaped the balls into bagels dip in the hot water one minute each side. Brush the boiled donuts with an egg wash sprinkle seasoning and Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes. I toast the bagels and they get nice and crispy and I also did the microwave test. Where you add the cream cheese and plastic wrap both work well.
