🍍 preheat the oven to 350° 🥥 in a bowl mix all the ingredients for the cake pour into pan and bake for 35-40 minutes 🍍 once the cake is out of the oven, poke holes and mix the coconut milk with the rum and vanilla and pour over baked cake. 🥥 let the cake sit overnight. And the day of serving the cake add the whip cream mix with the cherry Jell-O and top it off with toasted coconut. 🍍 for the toasted coconut I just took a pan, edit, shredded, coconut and over medium heat and toasted it until golden brown.
