This is the most easiest way to make like a nondairy type of ganache without using heavy cream. Acts and taste just like traditional ganache.

I heat up the water for 30 to 40 seconds you want hot but you’re still able to touch it. Pour slowly as stirring frequently into the chocolate. If it’s too thin, add more chocolate if it’s too thick, add more hot water it might set depending on the temperature of the room you’re working in so you can pop the whole thing together in the microwave for 10 to 15 second intervals as you work with it, only if it starts to sit when you’re mixing.
