I prep that egg pasta first the night before cut them up and when I’m ready to bake I fill and layer. With the cottage cheese filling and then I pour the pizza sauce on top and some more Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes and then I broiled for two minutes on high. I am down officially 6.8 pounds for the week all water weight and I’m feeling great. Can’t wait to see how the end of the week looks like! This is a must make make sure you hit that save and share. I highly recommend it even if you’re not an egg fasting macros are great. I will be having a protein shake as well and I had to of my egg bites in my toaster.
