Preheat the oven to 350° and prepare a cookie sheet line with parchment
Mixed the cake mix with the ingredients listed above not including the powder sweetener. Once the dough is formed, using a ice cream, scoop, scoop out the dough and roll it in a plate of powdered sweetener. Roll and slightly flat in the cookie in place and sheet.
bake cookies for 12 to 14 minutes
Mix all ingredients for icing together. Decorate cookies once they have cooled. I used green food coloring and you can use a ziplock bag.
